We aim to get your treats to you as quickly as possible while ensuring they stay frozen. To avoid packages sitting in shipping warehouses over the weekend, we follow a strategic shipping schedule:
  • When we ship: We ship orders TBD.
  • When you receive it: Packages are typically delivered TBD, depending on your location and the time of checkout.
  • Packaging & Safety: We work diligently to ensure your order is packaged properly and shipped at the appropriate speed so it arrives at your doorstep frozen and safe to consume. We regularly conduct test shipments and adjust our packaging materials and shipping speeds based on the season to mitigate the risks of shipping frozen foods.
